This Refunds & Cancellation Policy applies to donations, memberships, event registrations, and purchases made through our website or associated platforms.
All donations made to the Trust are considered voluntary and non-refundable.
Once a donation is processed, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded except in the following exceptional circumstances:
Duplicate payment due to a technical error
Incorrect amount entered due to a verified transaction mistake
Any transaction confirmed as fraudulent
In such cases, a written request must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction with payment proof. The Trust reserves the right to approve or decline such refund requests after verification.
Membership fees paid to the Trust are non-refundable and non-transferable.
This applies to:
Annual Membership
Lifetime Membership
Institutional Membership
If a membership application is rejected by the Trust for any reason, only then the fee will be refunded, subject to applicable processing charges.
If an event is postponed or cancelled by the Trust, participants will be offered either:
A full refund, or
Transfer of payment to the rescheduled date or a future event.
Payments made for digital items (e-books, research papers, downloadable material, online courses, etc.) are non-refundable, as they are delivered instantly and cannot be returned.
If the Trust offers merchandise or physical educational material in the future, refunds will be considered only in cases of:
Wrong item shipped
Damaged product received
Quality issues verified by the Trust
Claims must be submitted with photos and proof of purchase within 5 days of delivery.
All approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original mode of payment.
In some cases, bank processing time may extend beyond this window.
